  • Ankle, knee, hip or back pain.
  • History of injury.
  • A turn significantly better than the other.
  • Flexibility issues.
  • Technique progression problems.
  • A deep desire to prepare properly this season.
  • Noticed general body imbalances and want to sort it for good.

Feedback from the November bootcamp


We had a great time at the first bootcamp sessions held in November, everyone worked really hard and we ironed out many aches and pains and prepared everyone for the season ahead.



Andrew Smith attended the afternoon session and sent us this feedback:

Just a line to say how good the session last Saturday afternoon was.  Thank you so much for dismantling my body and reassembling it in a much improved version.  I could feel the improvement at the time ( inspite of fatigue ), but only fully realised later how differently my body felt and moved, and how much effort you, Gary and Neil had put into getting it there.  It is certainly a boost to the confidence and hopefully to the performance - we shall see in four weeks time.  Having used some of the exercises at the gym, I end up panting for breath, so I am not sure what kept me going on Saturday!
