I have worked with Olympics athletes, Professional Football and Rugby Players, Pro Skiers, Endurance athletes, leading executives and developing talent. Mark Soden

Mark Soden is a Performance Coach specialising in leadership, team and individual development. He has a proven track record in delivering Leadership programmes to coaches, managers and teams in many Olympic and professional sports along with senior management in corporate organisations.
Previously Mark was a professional rugby player in the Guinness Premiership with Northampton Saints for seven years, and has since been working extensively in the performance management world. This unique blend of sporting and commercial experience has enabled Mark to really understand the challenges and behavioural needs of the corporate and elite sporting environments.

Postural alignment, sport specific exercise & Foot biomechanics are the main areas that I specialise in. Having had 5 years at Profeet Ltd, Londons’ leading customised footwear store, 9 years in fitness industry and 7 years of coaching, I feel I bring extensive experience to Prohab Performance. Having worked alongside Carlyle for past 5 years and experienced his approach firsthand I strongly believe the mind/body connection is more powerful than most of us imagine.

I have worked as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist for over 10 years. I competed at an elite national level as a swimmer in Australia while managing a shoulder injury. This experience made me understand how important a coach is in helping people realise their physical goals, regardless of ability or physical limitations.
I aim to educate clients on how their body works, and address general issues such as postural correction and injury prevention.

I have a deep desire to assist people to awaken to their true nature, innate abilities and vast potential.
I have consulted, coached and trained in over 25 blue chip organisations. I run public self development and belief change workshops and I have coached former world squash champions Rodney Isles, Sarah Fitzgerald and former British Open Champion Anthony Ricketts.
