Dynamic Resilience™ programmes are structured programmes tailored to meet the needs of the individual, regardless of your age or ability.
I attempted to run a marathon last year but had to pull out of training due to injury, I would like to attempt it again, can you help me?
Our Dynamic Resilience Programme kicks off with a questionnaire to ascertain your current physical, nutritional and mental status, one of the first things we do is to identify any injuries you have sustained and tailor your programme around removing any interferences which may cause or exaggerate your injury.

Absolutely, our team programmes will help your top team to develop their Dynamic Resilience™, leading to an increase in their personal and professional potential. Although this is a team programme and we set team goals, we work with each individual on a programme to addresses their personal interferences. Our team programmes :

How does a coach get assigned to me?
Your initial assessment will be carried out with Carlyle Jenkins, the founder of Prohab Performance. During your initial meeting Carlyle will talk to you about your interferences, concerns and goals, from this information Carlyle can suggest which of our team would best suit you to maximise your potential. We offer the opportunity to meet with any or all of our coaches before you embark on a programme, to ensure you feel completely comfortable with your choice.
We have carefully selected and trained coaches who we feel are best placed to deliver our coaching process. They have developed themselves and their respective professions to the highest level, are deeply passionate about their work and live and work within values sets that matches ours.
