Emma comes 9th in the British mountain bike race

Emma won 9th place in the elite women’s British mountain bike race. Emma’s thoughts on the race:
“Not too bad for a triathlete: just imagine if I replaced all my swim and runs with bike sessions! The race was an ideal ‘training’ session to get out my base building comfort zone and work hard on my top end. It’s been the perfect sharpener for the European Xterra Champs Italy in just over 2 weeks!”
