Emma’s Big Easy MTB Race
January 29th 2010We’ve had word from Emma. She’s currently in Wanaka, New Zealand and has just completed the Big ‘Not so’ Easy MTB race. In Emma’s words
“All’s going great here in Wanaka. I’m training hard and already seeing some significant improvements, especially with my swimming.
I recently competed in the Big ‘Not So’ Easy MTB race. It was a super fun race of just over 3 hours of tough climbing and descending and which finished off another full on week’s training for me. I was pleased to be able to rise to the challenge and push hard. They announced me as the winner but apparently I was in fact pipped to the post by one of NZ’s top mtb’ers.”
