Prohab Performance Programme β Pre-pilot Launch
January 18th 2010This week saw the initiation of a 2 phase pilot study for the Prohab Performance Programme.
Phase 1 - to evaluate the design and principles behind the programme.
Phase 2 βto validate the Prohab Performance technology infrastructure
Our core focus during phase 1, the 30 day pre-pilot is to ensure we have the basis of a successful deliverable; to test the process, supporting literature and fundamental feedback mechanisms.
5 people have signed up to the pre-pilot study, each with different lifestyles, backgrounds and goals, with a view to significantly improving their own personal performance over the next 30 days.
Further information on how our challengers are getting on and how our team of coaches are supporting them through the pre-pilot will be posted in future news articles.
